Florida Bed and Breakfasts Policies of Cedar Key

Rates range from (Weekdays - $105-$200) (Weekends - $110 to $210) plus tax per night and includes a full course served breakfast. Rates are subject to change without notice.

All rooms are priced for double occupancy. An extra charge of $25 will apply per additional person(s).

On (1) night stays, the full room charge may be required as a deposit, otherwise a 50% deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. We accept, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. The balance is due upon arrival.

Weekends require a 2 night minimum stayover. Please call if there are extenuating circumstances, we may allow for less than the minimum stayover.

Special events (Art Festival, Seafood Festival, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas, New Years etc) require a 3 night minimum stayover unless arrangements have been made ahead.

Check-in time is 3-6 p.m. If arriving later than 6pm please call for arrangements.

Check-out time is 11 a.m.

We love children....Please inquire if you would like to bring your child. But our Inn is not generally well suited for toddlers or children ages 2 - 6... We may be able to accomodate depending on the available rooms.

Call ahead if you have a pet, often we can accomodate you if you are traveling with a pet. Please call ahead if you would like to bring your pet. There will be a $30 per pet cleaning fee added to room charges.

Cedar Key Bed and Breakfast is a smoke free establishment. Smoking is allowed outdoors on the grounds.

Cancellations: Any deposit taken is refundable (minus a $50.00 service fee) if at least 7 days (14 days for stays of 3 nights or greater) notice is given. Should a cancellation of any portion of your stay be necessary prior to 7 days (14 days for stays of 3 nights or greater) of arrival, a $50.00 service fee will be charged. For cancellations with less than 7 days notice (or less than 14 days for stays of 3 nights or greater) the canceling guest will be responsible for the entire stay unless the room can be re-rented.
